Smoking - Only in designated areas, outside the building, information on designated areas at the reception.

Key card - The locks of our pension have magnetic cards. In case of technical problems, please contact the reception for assistance.
Check-in - If possible from 14:00 to 17:00. Check-out - Until 11:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out - For a fee, subject to availability. Please indicate your needs at reception.
Payment methods - Cash (HUF, euro), bank card, credit card, SZÉP card, bank transfer.
A buffet breakfast is served daily from 07:30 until 10:00.
High chair ( Baby chair)- Free on request in the breakfast room.
Drinks - Chilled drinks can be requested at reception or we will refill the fridge in the room upon request. Drink prices according to the price list. Internet, wifi service - Free of charge in all rooms and public areas. Our pension has 3 WI-FI amplifiers. Please look for the strongest signal. You can connect to any amplifier with the password. Cleaning - the rooms are cleaned daily. If you do not need it, do not disturb the sign on the handle. Blankets, pillows - In addition to the bed linen in the room, please ask at reception or the staff.
Towels - Small and large towels for the pool can be requested in the room.
Bed linen - Minimum weekly two times change. Daily linen change - Upon request, please ask at reception or staff. Extra bed, baby cot - please specify by booking or at reception.
Television channels, - In the folder located in the rooms you will find the channel allocation. Remote control located in the room. Our staff is happy to provide technical assistance.
Radio - Through television. Please use the channel selection buttons. Staff are happy to provide technical assistance.
Air conditioning - Heating, cooling, fan functions. Ask our staff about treatment. Safe - Located in each room with instructions for use. Staff are happy to provide technical assistance.
A sewing kit, toothbrush and toothpaste are available on request at reception. Umbrellas can be requested at reception.
Bicycle rental - Please indicate your requirements at the reception, free of charge.
Bicycle storage indoors - You can store your bike indoors in our wooden house in the garden. Mini soccer gates and soccer balls can be used seasonally in the garden. Badminton rackets, request at reception. Barbecue in the garden, with garden furniture in the covered garden seating area.
Infrared Sauna: Activated on request. Please indicate this at the Reception.
Wellness - garden: Sauna, Jacuzzi, Hot tub. Please let the reception know when you would like to use it. Bathrobe - If you need a bathrobe please indicate at the reception, we will gladly provide it.
Solarium- You can exchange Jetons at the reception for a fee (1 ticket 4 minutes 250 HUF).
Pool - Seasonal, available to our guests free of charge from 07:00 to 19:00.
Discounted adult tickets for the SÁRA Thermal Bath are available at reception.
